eject_XXIX – The Long Night of Weird Shorts

Push the button. Eject: removing a gnarly disc or tape from your player is always just a press away, a comforting thought. However, in this wild, vibrant and absurd program, these are just the sort of films we want to see – those bizarre and arcane works that don't adhere to any familiar formula. Emcees Ludmila Pogodina and Folke Renken will guide you through an international talent show featuring 23 brilliant entries of the highest quality. You'll laugh, cry and pick your jaw up off the floor through the course of this extravagant evening – before joining your fellow audience members in selecting the ultimate winner of this year’s “Weirdest and Most Wonderful Short Award”.
