Low Signal

Mira Mann, Isabel Lewis

Low Signal explores the tensions and resonances between poetry, choreography, and music. For each episode [or live transmission], Isabel Lewis and Mira Mann invite poets, choreographers, and musicians to enter the space with fragments, sketches, scores, moods, rehearsals, conversations, or partially formed ideas. The series approaches poetry not as a universal language, but as a social and material condition: something spoken, sounded, gestured, interrupted, misheard, repeated, withheld, or collectively carried.

Moving between concert, reading, rehearsal, and happening, the series explores how bodies, voices, and music organise relations between people – and how they sometimes fail to. It lingers in the space between shared rhythm and private drift, sensual immersion and conceptual friction.
